Moving Out?
Thank you for renting with us! You must provide a 10-day notice of move out in the month you will be vacating. Please call us at 918-992-7553 to schedule your move-out. You must leave your unit in broom-swept condition. Upon move out, leave your unit UNLOCKED. Then drop your LOCK/KEY (labeled in an envelope with your name) in our drop box to the right of our office door. On the last day of the month we will check your unit and email you a confirmation of move-out document.
